KEA-Holding was first launched in Norway in 2012, and was formed as a diversified financial holding company. Since then, it has paved its way among its competitors and widened its scope of business in the fields of Real Estate, Web Development, and Retails.
KEA-Holding, being a parental corporation, has owned a controlling interest on five subsidiaries: Bold-Real Estate, Bold-BYGG, Bold-Invest, KEA-Retail, and KEA-Development.
Given the new opportunities that are on offer, we're planning to expand into a new global market; with a target to reach 20 companies by 2030.
Along the way, the idea of owning assets and gaining control over more than one company has taken its shape, and a parent-subsidiary relationship has been formed with over five wholly-owned subsidiaries.
