We have a long-standing track-record with 30+ portfolio companies invested and 30+ add-ons realised. When supporting companies, we focus on value creation strategies combining:
(i) organic growth (roll-out, push, penetrate markets / channels, expand offerings)
(ii) reinforcement in organization, operations, processes, systems
(iii) buy-and-build or consolidation plays
KeBeK is then acting as sounding board and support to management and partners.
KeBeK raised, invested and (in part) exited 3 funds (2013, 2015, 2019). Currently a 4th fund is being raised. Investors that trusted us and invested in KeBeK funds are (ex-)managers, entrepreneurs, families / family offices and institutionals. They contribute to our networks, deals and companies.
