Kelly Floors LLC, is a service-disabled veteran-owned commercial flooring company. We are a family-owned small business serving the MD/VA and DC area with more than 75 years of combined flooring experience.
Co-founders and brothers, Glenn and Terry Kelly, first established the families’ reputation in the flooring business through Arc Floor Company in 1994. Prior to Arc Floor Co., Inc. the brothers began their flooring career as carpet installers starting in the late 70’s.
For years, Michael Kelly worked for the family business until he enlisted in the U.S. Military in 2002. Michael proudly served our country for over 7 years as a member of the Army National Guard. While enlisted, Michael was deployed throughout the world including an 18 month tour in Iraq with his infantry unit, B Co. 1-115 INF out of Olney, MD. In 2008, Michael was honorably discharged from the military and is now a proud veteran of the Iraq War.
In 2009, Kelly Floors sprang into the commercial flooring industry with the intent of creating a name for themselves amongst local General Contractors with focused efforts on military and federal projects. Since then, Kelly Floors has established itself as a reliable and reputable company with completed projects like King Hall Galley at the Annapolis Naval Academy, BRAC 132 OCAR at Ft. Belvoir, VA and Navy Medical Research Facility at Ft. Detrick, MD just to name a few.
