KEMCISION- Surgery Interest Group KEMU has been newly-established in 2022. We are a group of medical students who are passionate about promoting the field of surgery to the students at King Edward Medical University and other institutions. There is a growing interest in surgery and it is our aim to help students navigate the pathways to becoming a surgeon and enhancing the surgical education of medical students and allowing them to thrive, learn and become a leader in surgery.
We aim to provide a number of workshops that help students develop a variety of surgical skills. We also aim to run a lecture series that covers a variety of surgical topics.
