The mission of the Office of Student Success Programs, aligning with the institutional mission, is to serve as the university experts in the design and delivery of equitable and data informed student success efforts across the lifecycle. Student Success Programs enacts this mission by:
- Communicate research and advocate for the work UC and the university should be doing and how it should be done.
-Communicate institutional, SSP, and UC appropriate data and outcomes in relation to student success to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with university stakeholders and students to design, implement, and update efforts.
- Lead student success efforts in support of university and UC strategic plans (e.g., Retention Task Force and future persistence and graduation efforts, Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, and Anti-Racism Task Force).
