Khanna Polyrib Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1992 and started commercial production in January 1995 with a capacity of 5 TPD of Polymer. Khanna business group has been in the polymer business since 1964 and has three manufacturing Units – Two Units of Engineering Plastic products and on Unit for manufacturing of sheets and Blocks. Khanna Polyrib Pvt Ltd. has facility to produce sheets and blocks by Compression Moulding Process and extrusion Process. The major items of production of Khanna Polyrib Pvt Ltd are –
- Polypropylene, HDPE, Poly Propylene Glass Lined, ABS and POM sheets.
- UHMW, HDPE and PP Compressed Sheets/ Blocks up to 200mm thickness and Cutting Boards.
- PP Glow Sign Sheets
- UHMW Rods, PP Rods, Liners and Perforated Plates
- Extruded Sheets, Profiles and Sections
- PP, PPGL and HDPE Sheets Welding Rods.
- POM sheets
During the year 2013, the Company has added a new most modern Sheet Line Plant where sheets of 0.5mm thickness can also be manufactured with the introduction of this machine, the daily production capacity has increased to many folds.
The products of the company are used in a host of industries such as Steel Plants, Foundries Bulk conveyor Systems, Cement, Fertilizer, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Automobiles, Water Treatment Plants, Leather & Shoe Industries etc.
The Company is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified Company and carries out in-process and final inspection strictly to ensure that the specifications/ standards required by the customers are fully met.
The Company has not made any marketing tie up with any other company. The products are sold directly to the customers. We have Branch Office in New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad with storage depots to cater to the needs of customers immediately on receipt of orders.
