Khud Muhafiz Welfare Organization is a pioneering initiative dedicated to eliminating child abuse, empowering women, and promoting wellness, recovery, and community support through skill-building and educational assistance. Founded by social entrepreneur Omer Hassan, the organization has introduced unique concepts such as Pakistan’s first Mental and Physical Wellness Camp for Kids and the first Organic Fitness Studio.
Our mission focuses on supporting underprivileged children and women, enhancing quality of life through organic recovery, mental and physical well-being, and drug rehabilitation programs for communities of all backgrounds. We use sports as a tool for mental uplifting and recovery, and our "Train-the-Trainer" programs empower physical wellness instructors to help underprivileged kids, leading to healthier lifestyles and financial independence.
