We prepare scholars to be “CAREER READY” in Unmanned Systems Technology!
Kids Drone Zone empowers scholars to own their technology career success. Our focus, is on collaborating with community and educators to incorporate drones into STEM programming with an emphasis on career readiness. We understand society is in a technology revolution and acknowledge there is a digital divide around the world and invest heavily in STEM Unmanned Systems based education, workforce readiness via training, and community outreach.
We provide real world hands-on drone tech experiences by teaching scholars to build, code, fly drones and learn real-world practical applications via mission based air competitions. We inspire scholars to develop competitive skills and confidence. For ages 16 and up, we foster workforce readiness and train scholars to earn their FAA Remote Pilot License and flight wings. We partner with industries for job placement and workforce development. We have exposed over 100,000 scholars and volunteers to unmanned systems (drone) technology and look forward to empowering more scholars and educators.
Our Vision, is of a world which celebrates success in programming, science, technology and engineering and in which scholars dream of becoming science and technology heroes.
We believe that as a society we face enormous challenges, and that to confront these challenges, we will need the full benefit of the energy, talent and dedication of our next generation of scientists, engineers and technologists. We believe that in any community, we encourage what we celebrate.

For our society to be as productive as it can be, it must be as innovative as it can be and invest in development of related skills. We are a registered charity, and we are a volunteer-led and volunteer-run organization with a solid track record of success.
