Founded in 2015 by former journalist and lifelong globetrotter, Alexandra Senes, Kilometre.Paris is a luxury fashion house dedicated to sustainability, cultural respect, and artisan empowerment. We create garments, accessories, and home décor rooted in traditional craftsmanship and global heritage, while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical production. Our work is shaped by a deep understanding of the commercial determinants of health and the belief that fashion should promote well-being—not just aesthetics.
