Dr. King is an avid athlete participating in many different sports. He enjoys mud runs and obstacle courses, biking, running and team sports. He is the founder of the “Wilmington Health Nuts“, the areas largest Meetup group dedicated to health and exercise and volunteers his time with “Without Limits Coaching” and at all major race events in the area.
