Kingston Process Metallurgy Inc. (KPM) is an integrated contract chemical process development company. KPM integrates lab-based research, backed by a fundamental knowledge of chemistry, process modelling, and economic evaluation to give our clients meaningful results. We assist companies in determining a development plan that leads to clarification of the key operating parameters to give a more accurate estimate of CAPEX/OPEX. As well, KPM does conceptual process design with unit operations including heat and mass balances and flowsheet development. The preliminary process design can then be used by an engineering firm to give a detailed feasibility study and the next stage can be handled in KPM's pilot plant. KPM can help companies with: - Experimental process development and optimization - Techno-economic modeling - Process modeling and flowsheet development KPM owns a 12,000 ft² facility with 5 flexible laboratories, an analytical lab, SEM-EDX, and on-site design and fabrication capabilities for custom test equipment.
