The newly opened Kintsugi Sushi Bar at North Market Bridge Park is devoted to sharing both familiar and lesser-known authentic sushi traditions. This small family business is owned by chef Seigo Nishimura and his wife, Casey Cooper-Fenske, and is a sister restaurant to Satori Ramen Bar at the North Market Downtown, which was named one of Columbus Monthly’s Best New Restaurants of 2020.
