At the heart of Kiri's commitment is the use of high-quality milk and cream, both sourced locally. The milk, collected every two days, comes from partner farmers located within a 200 km radius of the Kiri production plant in Sablé sur Sarthe. These farmers, members of the Association des Producteurs Bel Ouest (APBO), prioritize feeding their cows with fresh grass, hay, and cereals, all free from GMOs (<0.9%). Kiri ensures total traceability of the milk, controlling its quality from collection to final production.
