The Dark Space Planetarium is a small science centre located in the beautiful costal town of Kirkcudbright. It is located within a former primary school, now known as The Johnston, which was rescued from disrepair by a local community group.
The charity's aim is to advance the education of the general public, and in particular the residents of South West Scotland, by promoting awareness and understanding of science, technology and space exploration.
