Kiwanis Oostende Noordzee werd in 1973 gesticht. Momenteel telt de club 32 leden. De club bezit rechtspersoonlijkheid onder de vorm van een VZW.
De filantropische acties van de service club zijn vooral gericht op de steun aan kinderen en minder begoede families. Ook heel wat organisaties in de gehandicaptensector, de medische wereld, enz… worden financieel ondersteund.
