We are one of seven laboratories that participated in the OECD Ring Trial which resulted in the development of test guidelines on determination of in vitro intrinsic clearance using cryopreserved rainbow trout hepatocytes and liver S9 subcellular fractions. The multi-year process established guidelines that all laboratories conducting in vitro experiments must follow.
