Summary of experience and capabilities I have worked in many roles during my career leading projects and programs from within different functions primarily in the Bio-tech industry, and with a developer-builder before that. My experience includes responsibilities in Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, and Sourcing/Procurement. Here is a summary of the projects and programs I was responsible for, lead and delivered (planning through to implementation): • Large to small capital projects at multiple sites within a campus environment • Lifecycle Asset management Program across all sites globally • Manufacturing of commercial and clinical Drug Product at contract sites within North America • Operational programs within the medical liaison team • Negotiate, administrate and maintain business relationships and master service agreements (engineering, construction and manufacturing) I have successfully demonstrated excellent capabilities in all aspects of leading projects and programs.
