KMT's consulting arm focuses on short-skill sets, workshops, & consulting within the Aged Care arena. This includes training staff on innovative models of care, undertaking Audits within Aged Care Standards.
We are also consulting with TLC Learning providing assistance in the areas & also providing in-house training services to the staff for TLC Aged Care.

Helen Giatrakis (Client Relationship Coordinator) is KM Training Ambassador who has taken the journey as a student to gaining employment in the healthcare sector, later gaining full-time position with KMT.
KMT recently introduced “Maharlika Lodge” a respite retreat created for Pilipino residents suffering from Dementia. This was in line with a partnership with the Australian Pilipino Community services (Director Norminda Forteza).
Our diverse portfolio also has Childcare Centre, focusing on implementing the Quality Standards to the Centre, which featured in the Newspaper with the Local Mayor.
We are working towards becoming NDIS provider & will be launching KM Disability Services which will support local communities with disabilities & refining there lifestyle. It will be added with quality graduates being fed in to this model.
