Knight Corporate Finance was founded by Adam Zoldan and Paul Billingham in December 2008 with the specific aim of advising businesses and entrepreneurs in the technology telecoms sector. Both founders have spent long periods of their careers in senior commercial and operational roles in the sector and therefore have a unique level of experience for a corporate finance business. Knight is now a team of over 10 professionals operating from offices in Warrington and London, and our unique sector experience has been bolstered by key hires with private equity, banking, transactional services and accounting expertise. This blend of experience allows Knight to see opportunities from multiple perspectives and ultimately deliver the best possible solution to our clients. Since Knight formed in 2008 it has completed over 100 transactions, more than any other advisor in the ICT sector.
