I am a certified leadership coach who works with individuals and organizations to unlock potential and performance. I work with those yearning to grow and develop into the greatest possible expression of themselves.
Before becoming an executive coach, I spent 25 years developing and leading high-performing sales, product innovation, and strategy teams. I have held successive executive positions at global education companies with a record of accomplishments as Vice Present of Sales, Partner Relationship Management, Enterprise Sales, Editor in Chief, and Executive Manager of training programs. My own experience working with executive coaches over the years accelerated my career and made me a more confident leader. This motivated me to be accredited by The Co-Active Training Institute. I have additional coach certification from the Adler School of Professional Coaching. Currently, I am enrolled in CRR Global’s Advanced Training (ORSC) to support clients build high-performance, sustainable, and resilient teams. I am also a member of the Coaches Rising Community, deepening my knowledge about the power of somatic coaching. Before coaching, I earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Information Management from Thames Valley University, London, United Kingdom.
