Knopes Artisan Torréfacteur est une société familiale fondée en 1936 par Albert Knopes. Avec une passion intacte, la 4ème génération de la famille Knopes poursuit la recherche des meilleurs cafés produits à travers le monde. Installés à Luxembourg depuis 2001, ce n'est qu'en 2014 que la torréfaction y est déplacée dans le concept-store Am Garage à Luxembourg-Hollerich. Fraîchement et délicatement torréfiés à Luxembourg, l'intégralité de la sélection des cafés est issue d'une sélection très stricte pour garantir une qualité élevée.
