Named after the first roadhouse and tavern in the area, Knowlton House continues the tradition of creating a welcoming space to gather. Guests can enjoy distillery tours, craft cocktails, food, cocktail classes, and private events.
Knowlton House's flagship product line, TenHead, is distilled from whey, a byproduct of making cheese. Only a handful of distilleries worldwide distill using whey's natural milk sugars. Using traditional column and pot distillation techniques, those milk sugars are crafted into beautifully smooth spirits. We're staying true to our family and state's heritage, and it tastes so good.
