Our vision is a world where communities are a safe environment for its members to heal and flourish. Where every crisis is an opportunity to grow. Where women feel entitled to occupy the decision- making space and influence the lives and future of their families and communities.
We are providing space and services to empower people in refuge crisis to rebuild their lives, equipping them with the skills, information, support, and resources they need to thrive in their host community and, when circumstances allow, to continue their journey with newfound strength.
Since February 2022, we have been helping people fleeing from war by creating a safe support space. By autumn 2023, we assisted over 7,000 people and continue to provide help.
The center's activities include mental health and psychosocial support, child protection, women's protection, and an array of other services. Fundacja Kocham Dębniki stands as a testament to the strength of local and international volunteers and the resilience of refugees who come together to create a nurturing and inclusive community.
