KonectBrands is a unique concept of connecting Brands with Consumers, for all post sales activities, from Sale & Purchase of Extended Warranties, Product AMC’s, Product Insurance to Consumer DIY (Do It Yourself) activities like Scheduling Engineer Visits, Appliance Maintenance Reminders and all this from a single integrated platform. Founded in 2017, KoncetBrands is the only Consumer Brand Konect portal of its kind and we are growing at a fast pace with a vision to Konect all consumers to their favorite brands. ### What made us come up with KonectBrands? ### It was a casual discussion between a couple of friends, where one of the friends mentioned that he had to pay for replacement of parts of his Air Conditioner as he misplaced his warranty documents and the invoice. This discussion prompted the promoters of KonectBrands to delve further into the issues There were multiple rounds of discussions to pin point “After Sales Issues” that we as consumers face everyday and the following list came up: # Invoices & Other documents are often misplaced # We struggle to find trusted OEM AMC, Extended warranty providers given the clutter of the online world # Purchasing product Insurance is also a fatiguing exercise, given the plethora of Insurance Sellers & Agents # We often forget when our product service is due # Getting a service engineer to visit your residence or office can be a frustrating exercise # Locating a service center near your residence or office, for your product makes you spend your valuable time on the internet # Another non value add activity is scouring the internet to find the correct Customer Care number # Getting through to Customer Care can be a daunting experience as emails are not responded in a timely manner and we all fret going through the customer care IVR ### Thus KonectBrands was born!!!###
