Owner David Frosch began with Kootenia as a drafter in the 1980’s, giving him the skills and vision necessary to execute the demands of full custom design and build. By the 1990’s he took over the company and later welcomed a second generation of the Frosch family to the team. With his son Steven Frosch serving as Vice President of Construction Management, this family works together on both ends of this design and build firm to create new builds for happy homeowners.
The company’s expert staff boasts decades of construction and design experience, making up a complete and well-rounded team of professionals.
