Kowsar Saba Industrial Development Investments Company, abbreviately Kowsar Saba Holding Company (KSHC), was established in Tehran in the Iranian calendar year of 1397 (March 2018-March 2019) by Kowsar Economic Organization (KEO) with the aim of organizing activities in the field of general industries and creating chains of production in line with the goal of manufacturing the products domestically and providing services needed by the country.
Kowsar Saba Holding Company is the largest holding affiliated with Kowsar Economic Organization – the country’s largest multipurpose holding active in the fields of economy, commerce, trade, production, industry, agriculture, and service.
The Kowsar Saba Holding Company located in Tehran, is actively involved in manufacturing, industry, and agriculture as well as investment, trade, production, and service projects nationwide.
The holding has several subsidiaries and factories in different parts of the country. Simcat Company (with half a century of experience in the production of kinds of wire and cable) in the city of Tabriz, East Azerbaijan province, Jovain Electrical Machines Company(Jemco) in Khorasan Razavi province, Shahab Company (the first Iranian manufacturer of audio-visual products and home appliances) in Tehran, Khorasan Cotton and Oilseeds Company (with the brand name “Leefood”, registered on the stock market as “Ghedaneh”) in Khorasan Razavi province, Khavardasht Agro-Industry Company (with the brand name “Jahan Banoo”) in Golestan province, and Kowsar Behchin Samin Food Industries Company (producer of canned food without the use of preservatives and with the brand name “Manilo”) in Khorasan Razavi province, are among the subsidiaries of Kowsar Saba Holding Company.
