Operating from a 37,500 sq ft factory. We are located at Markham Vale, Chesterfield in the centre of the country directly adjacent to junction 29a of the M1, with good access to all major motorway networks. Krantech are ideally located to service clients throughout the whole of the UK.
We have made major investments in IT, having a fully integrated Management Information System, including production planning using Preactor® software.
The workshops are equipped with seven overhead cranes of various capacities, with lifting capability of up to 20 tonnes and press brake facilities to 200 tonnes, profiling in materials up to 200 mm thick, machining, shotblast and painting undertaken within dedicated booths. Krantech offer engineering services in the medium to heavy end for customers in such diverse industries as Offshore Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Defence, Ports, Power Generation, Steel, Mining and Quarrying, Materials Handling, Aerospace, Marine, Construction and General Engineering.
ISO 9001 certified, by TUV, our UKAS approved quality system gives customers additional confidence in our abilities, complimented by ASME IX approved weld procedures and coded welders with dedicated inspectors qualified in accordance with ASNT and PCN levels 2. Krantech are fully committed to providing customers with the highest levels of quality and service within the industry.
Krantech will undertake sub-contract engineering and fabrication or complete turnkey solutions including feasibility studies, design, manufacture, commissioning and hand over.
