By adding personal and very bespoke service via email and telephone, Kurzzeitwohnen is offering a product which is exactly what a business customer is looking for. The company was founded in 2010 by Anselm Ruby, Rafael Walter and Lukas Wieser. Already by 2011 Kurzzeitwohnen was voted into the Top 100 start-ups in Austria. Starting with an offering of 5 apartments in Salzburg the platform is growing rapidly and can offer over 900 apartments by now.
In February 2015 Herbert Maier joined the company as Managing Director.
