GOYAL GROUP OF INDUSTRIES was born in the chemical belt of Gujarat in 1977. It is emerging on the chemicals horizon as a market leader and engaged in manufacturing and export of dyes intermediates, chlorinated Aromatic compounds and Nitro chloro Aromatic compounds. It has an annual turnover of more than USD 150 million.
PANOLI INTERMEDIATES (INDIA) PVT. LTD. went on stream in 1999 in Jhagadia, to manufacture chlorinated Aromatic compounds, to take proximity advantage of chloro-alkali plants. In 2002, as part of its forward integration plan, Panoli intermediates commissioned a unit to manufacture Nitro Chloro compounds at Nandesari, to avail benefit of common effluent treatment plant facilities developed by industry association.
In 2004, KUTCH CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LTD., was set up near the international all – weather ports namely Kandla and Mundra with focus on export market potential. It is a well integrated chemical complex consisting of Chlorination, Nitration and Dye Intermediate products.
