KWT is a leading supplier of valves, penstocks and weirs for quantitative water management applications, such as Waste Water Treatment plants, Pumping Stations, Surface Water and Storm water management, Hydro Power dams, and Industrial applications (Power Stations, Paper Mills etc).
KWT combines both HDPE and Low Carbon Stainless Steel in order to reach the sustainable quality required for most aggressive environments like tropical marine applications and the inlet section of Sewage Treatment.
In a 2-shift production hall both a separate HDPE and SS production line are laid out. An HDPE extruder, NC routing, laser steel cutting and SS robot welding are part of KWT’s production equipment. This automation process substantially improves product quality, accuracy and repeatability.

Flap Valves:
KWT Valves are made of HDPE in combination with Stainless Steel where required. They are a very simple yet effective way to reliably prevent backflow into the system. KWT advises and supplies the correct flap valve for all applications, regardless of whether they are being used in tidal, pumped or gravitational outflow applications All product parameters are carefully engineered in view of strength, operational reliability and durability. KWT Valves are produced using only selected high-quality materials.
Penstocks
KWT produces a large range of Penstocks resisting both on- and off seating operating pressures as used in the industry today. Penstocks can be both wall – and channel mounted. All medium pressure penstocks (up to 7 MwC) are carefully designed, where applicable, in a unique combination of Stainless Steel 316 and HDPE or in stainless steel if so required. High pressure penstocks resist a nominal pressure of 10 MwC but can be designed to resist operational pressures of over 28 MwC.
