L'atelier d'Émile est une exploitation familiale productrice de légumes bio et fabricante de bons tartinables. Nous sommes le fruit d'une histoire familiale et de valeurs qui ont fait leur chemin de notre arrière-grand-père Émile jusqu'à nous.
A la fois ferme et atelier, notre force est de maîtriser toutes les étapes de notre production sur notre exploitation, de la culture du légume à sa transformation. Nous élaborons et cuisinons nos recettes sur place en collaboration avec un chef local.
Notre mission ? Proposer des produits bons et sains, tout en respectant la nature et en donnant du sens à notre consommation. Pour cela, nous suivons la charte d'Émile, que nous partageons avec nos partenaires et clients.
