L3Q ontwerpt veilige, flexibele en duurzame laboratoria. L3Q houdt rekening met regelgeving, creëert structuur en overzicht in de inrichting, de installaties en de bouwkundige compartimentering. Daarnaast begeleidt L3Q de inkoop en levering van de vaste laboratoriuminrichting (VLI). In het ontwerpconcept is een duidelijke ontkoppeling aanwezig tussen de voorzieningen en werktafels. Met modulaire bouwstenen wordt efficiëntie en veiligheid gewaarborgd en kan het lab van binnen naar buiten ontworpen worden. Door het ontwerpproces te faseren en de input van gebruikers te verwerken sluit het ontwerp goed aan op de gebruikersprocessen.
