Ferme familiale depuis 5 générations, la culture et l’élevage selon un mode extensif dans le respect de la terre et le soin des animaux a toujours été une priorité.
Depuis 2012, l’exploitation a été convertie en agriculture biologique dans la continuité de notre démarche et de nos valeurs. Nos objectifs sont de cultiver plus sainement, plus localement, en respectant les saisons et au plus proche du terroir. Ainsi par exemple, depuis plusieurs années, pour la préservation de la biodiversité et des espèces, nous replantons des haies régulièrement. Exploitation laitière à l’origine, la ferme produit désormais des céréales Bio pour alimentation humaine (farine de blé) et animale (triticale, pois, féverole, avoine…), de la pomme de terre, de la lentille, de l’huile de Cameline et de la viande d’exception, le Wagyu (Bœuf de Kobe).
