La Grappe Collectif Overview
L’Association La Grappe regroupe depuis bientôt 5 ans, les directeurs et directrices des structures de l’Insertion par l’Activité Economique (SIAE) sur le territoire de Bordeaux Métropole. C'est près de 40 structures qui sont adhérentes en 2022. Créée en 2018, avec une volonté de travailler ensemble, les directeurs et directrices se sont investis dans la structuration, la gestion et le développement de l’association. La Grappe doit permettre de répondre à 3 axes issus du projet associatif 2020/2025 : - Accompagner les directions des SIAE afin de mieux répondre aux enjeux d’évolution du territoire et les besoins des pouvoirs publics. - Renforcer la coopération économique des SIAE agissant sur la Métropole de Bordeaux. - Développer l’accompagnement des publics en difficulté à travers des modalités d’actions innovantes et coopératives.
