LaBella Consulting is a technical consulting firm owned and operated by LaDonna Johnson. LaDonna is an analytical, adaptive, and technically proficient Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner(CSP) and Agile Team Facilitator(ICT-AF) with over 20 years of experience in leadership, agile project management and developing customer-facing web sites.
As the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for multiple projects I work closely with stakeholders, senior leadership and customers to define new products and features. Determining objectives and key success measures for planned road maps, ensuring timely delivery and utilizing best-in-class technologies. Effectively documenting and communicate program status and needs of the customers to internal and external executives.
• Managing scrum ceremonies for a cross-functional team consisting of Business Analyst, Backend, Frontend and Mobile App Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Prioritizing work based on timelines, vision and needs of the customer.
• As a liaison between the DPZ team and Domino’s largest International Franchisee I work closely with both teams to document feature requirements and translate them into well-developed user stories, mockups, and user journeys.
• Establishing Statement of Work (SOW) with high-level requirements, time and cost estimates, timelines and creating go-to-market plans, roadmaps
• Identifying, tracking and reporting issues and working with team to mitigate and/or resolve.
• Working closely with leaders and decision makers to tweak the estimated timelines and prioritize incoming work against roadmap deliverables. establishment of a realistic roadmap and timelines based on accurate estimates given by the dev and design teams.
