GTU-LAMBDA (Laboratory of Advanced Microelectronics Based Design and Automation) is established in 2021 with the aim of conducting research in various aspects of the ever-growing field of Very Large Scale Integration and creating links between industrial companies in order to meet their ASIC demands. We have a solid background on Analog/RF/Mixed IC design, CAD, EDA, Circuit Sizing, Simulation Tools, Variability- and Reliability-Aware Circuit Design and Optimization, and Aging in CMOS. With the recruitment of new faculty members with backgrounds in the field, new projects were sought for and as a consequence of the received support from various sources both internal to the university and the leading industrial companies. The laboratory which has been a member of Europractice, is equipped with workstations, which are capable of running full version of design suite of tools.
