Ladder Down empowers professional women to further their careers in industries where they are underrepresented. Currently, we serve two industries: Women Lawyers and Women in the Risk and Insurance Management Industry and hope to expand in the future. This leadership program focuses on four critical areas that equips women to fulfill their career potential: leadership, branding, effective communication, and mentoring.
