URBAN AND RURAL MUNICIPALITIES:
Landmark provides planning and landscape architectural services to many urban and rural municipalities throughout Manitoba, including development plan and zoning by-law preparation and review, land development services, stakeholder engagement, facilitated meetings, annexation processes, recreation planning and strategic planning. Landmark also provides planning services to the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba Water Services Board, Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, and other public service entities.
LAND DEVELOPMENT:
Landmark works with small and large land developers or landowners to prepare plans and shepherd land through the land development process including, subdivision design, coordination with engineers and architects, liaison with municipal officials, public consultation, municipal approval applications and representation at public hearings.
