Setting the Brief
Identifying the opportunity, setting the design brief is the single most important factor in determining the success of a product.
We pay particular attention to this initial stage; What is the insight? What consumer frustration is being solved? Do consumers want the product we are going to design? When these things are clear then the Design Brief can be determined and products are quicker and more cost effective to develop. The marketing is also more impactful and consumers embrace the product.
