Larsson Associates Overview

Having worked in recruitment for the past 16 years, with the last 10 focused on the Compliance sector, I decided to set up Larsson Associates to enable me to provide a true partnership-led recruitment service to both Clients and Candidates. We have placed candidates in both buy and sell side roles, with the majority being at levels ranging from VP to Head of Department, but will look at all compliance opportunities and give an honest and realistic view of our ability to successfully recruit into the role. We are keen to work with Clients who understand their culture and regulatory risk appetite and who want a recruitment partner to augment their team. We will help to build more robust Compliance departments in this always changing regulatory environment. We work with Candidates to help them develop their career and build on the Compliance and business knowledge they have acquired to date. We aim to help Candidates understand the current market, and to give fair and impartial advice based on our knowledge. We want to be a useful resource to both Clients and Candidates and work towards everyone achieving their goals.
