The co-founders of LASHGRAVITY®, recognized a pain point in the lash industry when they discovered that many lash brands failed to acknowledge significant advancements in synthetic lash development, at a time when there is growing demand for cruelty free products. They noticed that other brands chose to invest heavily in marketing to promote mink lashes (made from real animal fur) as a cruelty-free product, leaving consumers confused about their buying options. As a result, consumer trust in lash brands has suffered. Elevating themselves from the crowd, LASHGRAVITY® chose to develop its proprietary synthetic lash fiber brand MINKESQUE®.
LASHGRAVITY® believe that the solution to eliminating the use of real mink animal fur in the lash industry, is to create superior products + innovative lash buying experiences, capable of changing hearts, minds and perceptions.
