LA SOSTA SPECIALTY COFFEE is a specialty coffee roaster based in Florence. Established in 2016 La Sosta has a background of 10 years of experience in specialty coffee and with an australian touch as phylosophy and quality research, thanks to the collaboration with Genovese Coffee, pioneer of italian quality coffee and specialty coffees in Melbourne, Australia.
LA SOSTA SPECIALTY COFFEE is specialized in roasting only specialty coffee with specific ranges of coffee consumer tastes, from a light degree of roast for filter to a medium degree specific for espresso. LA SOSTA is also available to create custom blend and private labile for cafès and small coffee chains.
All the coffees are produced with a Brambati 15kg industrial air roaster machine.
LA SOSTA provides also unique experiences on site at the roastery, from the Roastery Tour to the Tasting&Cupping.
The Roastery is open to public every saturday from 10am to 4pm.
