La Tavola, “the table” in Italian, is a symbol for the basis of this company. A table is a simple, yet very useful tool in any setting. It provides an arena for the many important things in life: sharing of a meal, quality time spent with friends and family, a place for important conversations, and most importantly, businesses and dreams materialized. Since college, Aaron Rosenthal and Steve Moberly are two friends who began this partnership over long nights sitting at the same table discussing a potential business venture. Aaron, a recent graduate from Washington University with an MBA and Steve, a long-time food and beverage operator, make the ideal team to develop La Tavola Hospitality Group.
