The mission of the Laurier Bitcoin Club is to educate university students about Bitcoin. We teach the fundamentals of Bitcoin as money. We onboard students on how to buy bitcoin and self-custody it in their own wallets. We host some technical workshops with the basics of node operation and introduction to Bitcoin development.
