The Adult Employment L.D.E.E.P program is funded by the Governments of Canada and provides ongoing employment support through employment counselors, facilitators, job coaches, and job developers, tailored to empower participants in career exploration, informed career decisions, workplace integration, self-employment, and continuing education.
Participants engage in 3 and/or 6 weeks of interactive and content-rich workshops, followed by 12 weeks of paid work experience with small and medium-sized businesses and large corporations across a variety of industries.
