Apolline Gaignard was born and raised on the island of Saint Martin. Her comprehension of this highly touristic environment sparked her passion and interest for hospitality. Apolline pursued her education in Canada where she achieved a Bachelor's Degree of Commerce majoring in Tourism Management from the University of Guelph.
Having worked in luxurious establishments, such as Sotheby’s International Realty in Saint Martin, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Toronto, Paris and Anguilla and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Jasper. Her numerous enriching experiences and roles have enabled her to develop an open mind and appreciation for excellent customer service.
