We are restaurateurs as well as vegetable producers. We host our guests in a unique space, in the heart of Collonges-la-Rouge, one of the most beautiful villages of France.
Our privatisable spaces include a renovated barn of 250 square meters as well as several terraces with a view on either the church of Collonges or our agricultural domain.
Ecologically committed, we favor proximity and "zero-miles" products. All the vegetables and aromatics that we serve are organic and grown on the spot. We select our meats, fishes, wines, cheeses and all basic products in a scope of maximum 100 km.
Our different spaces are privatisable for your seminars, receptions, board meetings and all types of events.
We organize on-demand guided visits and workshops.
