In 1993, the beautiful mule ducks called "grazers" were proudly bred at a place called Les Pâturettes. 30 years ago, by making the noble confits and foie gras from his farm, Gérard Chevalier created Le Patureur.
The years have passed and the small workshop has endeavored to make pâtés based on the best local products, to innovate with recipes with subtle or even organic flavors.
And then, in 2018, Gérard Chevalier passed the baton to his daughter Amélie, who kept the know-how.
The workshop therefore remained on a human scale. This is what allows it to enter into long-lasting partnerships with its producers as well as with its customers and to keep track of the exceptional quality of its pâtés, from start to finish.
