LEAD-EHA is committed to developing leadership capability for long-term development. Our aim is to develop leaders in the public, corporate, and academic sectors in areas such as sustainability, resilience, and a systems perspective. The need to address the ever-increasing challenges of poverty, expanding populations, limited food production capacity, increasing ecological degradation, and the consequences of climate change drove the development and expansion of LEAD-EHA. We intend to continue and strengthen our collaborations with like-minded organizations and individuals, with the unwavering goal of "leaving no one behind." LEAD- EHA's primary policy is to establish a strong leadership capacity for all sectors in sustainable development, using the concept of planet before profit, and an all-inclusive development framework that drives decision making.
