LCC's leadership development program brings together individuals with diverse interests and expertise and challenges them to increase their knowledge of Clark County and deepen their community engagement. Since its founding in 1993, LCC's leadership development program has graduated more than 700 leaders who support more than 100 employers and community organizations as key staff members, volunteers, board members and elected officials.
